Amazon is considering a new multi-billion dollar investment in AI startup Anthropic, following a previous $4 billion investment announced in September of the previous year. Anthropic, which uses Amazon's cloud services and prefers servers powered by Nvidia-designed AI chips, is being asked by Amazon to use its own developed chips for training AI models.
