Berlin's Qorelo closes $3.5M seed to bring AI to the functional delivery bottleneck in SAP S/4HANA migrations

Thousands of enterprises running SAP ECC are approaching a hard deadline: mainstream maintenance ends in 2027, and SAP S/4HANA is the migration destination. As the deadline draws closer, the volume of organisations preparing for this transition is growing rapidly. The available pool of qualified SAP specialists has not grown at the same pace, and these projects demand extensive functional work that has remained largely manual despite being largely repeatable.

Qorelo, a Berlin-based startup founded in 2025 by Nicholas Torabi, Louis Schmidlin and Marino Kurtović, built an AI platform that automates this functional delivery layer. The platform handles the time-consuming workstreams that define SAP migration projects: reading custom ABAP code, running fit-gap and scope analysis, converting business requirements into SAP-ready configurations, and producing the documentation required throughout. The platform integrates directly with SAP S/4HANA and is designed to hold the full transformation record in a continuously updated form, so delivery data stays available for optimisation as the programme progresses.

Qorelo has just closed a $3.5 million seed funding round co-led by HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures, with 10x Founders, Antler, Adesso Ventures, and Angel Invest participating. The round comes five months after launch. The capital will support product development and team growth across engineering, SAP expertise, and enterprise sales.
