Paris-based startup GetVocal AI has raised $26 million in Series A funding, led by Creandum and supported by Elaia and Speedinvest.

Founded in 2023 by Roy Moussa and Antonin Bertin, GetVocal AI has developed a platform that enables enterprises to deploy hybrid human-AI agents designed to handle complex customer interactions while remaining fully supervised. Routine customer interactions are handled by AI-powered systems, while human operators can supervise or intervene when necessary. This approach blends automation with human judgement and oversight, aiming to deliver transparent, compliant, AI-driven customer support that remains under organisational control.

With this new capital, GetVocal AI plans to accelerate platform development, increase its European presence and expand its workforce. This will enable more companies to adopt hybrid, AI-assisted support without compromising governance or reliability.
