Burnout is a systemic organisational issue that most companies still address reactively. According to the WHO, depression and anxiety disorders cost the global economy an estimated $1 trillion annually in lost productivity. The gap between early warning signals and institutional response remains largely unaddressed.
Moodwork (France, founded 2017) was built to close that gap. Co-founded by Benjamin Brion (Co-founder & Co-CEO) and Léopold Denis (Co-founder & COO) the platform targets the preventive layer, the period before stress becomes absent.
The platform fuses validated psychometric tools with AI-driven personalisation. Each employee receives monthly well-being assessments; those scoring below a risk threshold are automatically routed to psychologists, coaches or ergonomists. The general user design choice was validated by France's CNIL ensuring fair treatment of sensitive workers data.
Moodwork currently supports over 120,000 employees across France and international markets, with clients spanning FMCG, financial services, healthcare, and legal sectors — among them Mars, Unilabs, and Juridica.
