Omniscient: agentic intelligence for real-time executive decision-making

The Digital Markets Act (DMA) and the EU AI Act establish transparency and accountability obligations that require organisations operating in the European Union to monitor regulatory developments and competitive signals with greater traceability. Yet large organisations routinely manage disparate monitoring platforms covering different channels or functions, often without a unified view of emerging risks.

Omniscient (France, founded 2024) was co-founded by Arnaud d'Estienne and Mehdi Benseghir. The company develops a platform designed for boards and c-suite executives that utilises a network of specialist AI agents. Each agent is assigned to a defined domain (e.g. regulation, supply chain, competitive dynamics, or media narratives) to scan sources across press, social media, the web, video, audio, and internal corporate data. The primary goal of the platform is to provide a "command centre" for leadership, converting vast quantities of unstructured data into actionable information that reflects a company’s specific risk profile and strategic interests.

The system synthesises these inputs into an executive briefing, updated in real time and accessible in multiple languages. By consolidating multi-channel data into a single interface, the platform is intended to allow executive teams to monitor global operations and external threats without relying on manual reporting cycles.

In April 2026, Omniscient raised €3.5 million in pre-seed funding led by Seedcamp, with participation from Drysdale, Plug and Play, MS&AD Insurance Group, Raise Ventures, Anamcara Capital, xdeck Ventures, and Bpifrance. The capital will fund product development and initial commercial rollout.

With corporate value increasingly tied to rapid responses to regulatory and reputational shifts, the infrastructure Omniscient is building aims to provide the real-time synthesis necessary for board-level oversight.
