Reachy Mini will bring AI Robotics to any desk

Powered by Hugging Face and built by Pollen Robotics, Reachy Mini is an 11″ tall, 1.5 kg desktop robot kit designed for AI experimentation by developers, researchers, educators, hobbyists and more. It brings sophisticated sensing (camera, microphones, speakers) and expressive motion (6‑DoF head rotation, antennae) to a small and affordable form factor, which is great because it lowers the barriers of entry for building physical AI applications.

This cute little robot tightly integrates Hugging Face’s AI ecosystem, which enables users to deploy audio‑visual and conversational models directly on and off‑robot. Its open‑source Python SDK (with plans for JavaScript) allows seamless programming and behavior sharing via the Hugging Face hub, jump‑starting development with 15+ prebuilt behaviors. It even includes a simulation environment that further supports iterative AI model testing before real‑world deployment.
