California-based startup Spacial raised $10M in a seed round led by TLV Partners, with participation from Mango Capital, Re Angels, and HTV.

Founded in 2024 by Maor Greenberg and Ami Avrahami, Spacial uses artificial intelligence to transform 2D architectural plans into 3D plans with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and structural sets, in order to apply for permits and reduce timelines and rework in residential construction. The AI generates what’s needed and then goes through engineer validation.

Services depend on the area or type of plan required—Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Energy Efficient, and Electrical, for each, plans, reports, and “permit-ready” documentation are delivered.

With the funding, they expect to expand the team to cover more areas of construction and improve the platform architecture, thereby increasing the automation of their processes.
