Emil Rugenstein

Emil helps with the quantitative data analysis for AI World as an intern in the Data Science unit at CEPS.

He has a strong background in programming and studies Governance, Economics and Development at Leiden University's Honours College in the Netherlands. Currently he is also writing his bachelor's thesis on open-source AI models and what role public investments can have in the development of the open-source AI field.

At AI World, he works closely together with Robert Praas and Francisco Ríos on data gathering, processing and exploration tasks.
